Example... quantity 7 with decimal formatting set to 2, the number displayed will be 7.00 and I would like to see only 7, however, if the quantity is 7.5 that's what I'd like to see as well as 7.25. ...

IP Logged. WebMay 15, 2009 · In the crosstab, right click on the field you want to suppress if it is zero and select Format Field. on the Numbers Tab click on Customize. On the NUmber tab mark the check box for "Suppress if Zero". (Make any other format changes you need here as well) Save and close. Should be suppressed.
