The handheld and the computer seem to be talking but it won't start. I am not hearing the injector "click" they are talking about either. Most likely you are not getting a good +12V to the unit. The ECU doesn't respond well to a weak electrical system. Be sure you have +12V at start and more once the alternator kicks in.
