Gastric NETs (G-NETs) and duodenal NETs (D-NETs) are the common types of upper GI-NETs based on tumor location. G-NETs are classified into three distinct subgroups: type I, II, and III. WebNETs are rare. Over 4,000 people are diagnosed with a NET each year in the UK. They are getting more common across the world. This might be because there are better tests to diagnose them.
