It appears that either: (1) You're using an account that's not linked to your AT&T U-verse TV service, or. (2) AT&T has an issue with the link between your account and your U-verse TV service. WebFirst, make sure you have a Wi-Fi connection and a Chromecast. Make sure to download the SHOWTIME app to your mobile device before you proceed. Once you have the app installed, go to the Showtime website to activate your subscription. You can also sign up for a free trial period with Showtime, but this will only work for users in the United States.
